Partner agreement

Purpose
This agreement describes how a member may introduce other people to the program as a partner. It applies in addition to the program terms.
Honest introductions
A partner invites only people they know, describes the program accurately, and never promises income, profit, liquidity or any future value.
Rewards
Partner rewards depend on approved activity, qualification rules and applicable law. They may be reversed when the underlying order is reversed. No reward is guaranteed.
Gift vouchers
A gift voucher is a one-time discount for the invited person. It has no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and may be withdrawn if it is misused.
Final legal review required
Partner status, tax treatment, marketing rules, termination, liability and governing law are intentionally not invented in this build. Counsel-approved terms must replace this text before launch.
